I hope i'm posting this in the right place...

The problem is when closing Outlook this error message appears (not every time)

    MSIMN.EXE Application Error
    Instruction "0x77f58d2c" referenced memory at "0x009a4448 "
    This could not be written

Is this a memory or Outlook problem ?

    Any help is well appreciated

Almost always (maybe always, always) a software issue.

Try doing a repair of IE (will also repair OE) which will sometimes fix the problem.

If not, post back with your OS version and IE/OE versions.

I don't think anyone can repair Newt- he's kinda set in his ways! :D

    See if this helps.

LOL Johanna, you crack me up. :D

But I think you are probably correct about doing any Newt repairs. At least my wife would agree with you about it.

Wan - thanks for letting her post a funny. I needed a laugh and that did it. :)
