My computer keeps giving me msiltcfg.dll errors on start-up and shutdown.
I've tried running the built-in disk repair program but it didn't fix the problem.

If your spelling is correct, msiltlcfg.dll doesn't appear to be a legit file.
    Is it correct spelling?

I threw an extra l in there by mistake.
It was msiltcfg.dll. It was throwing up errors when my anti-virus program was running so I reinstalled and problem is solved.
