MSGSRV32 Illegal Operation Fixed

I know I thanked all of you that offered help. The dirty heat sink or the RAM was not the culprit. Daizy, after I removed McAfee, it wouldn't boot up at all. I really didn't want to do it, since I had pretty much everything put back on the new drive, but I reformated. I kept a log of what I loaded. I loaded Sound Blaster Live first - reboot fine. ATI graphics software next - reboot failed
I uninstalled it - reboot fine It was the video driver in that software that was the problem. I installed just the display driver and it is working fine now, after working at it all day.
