mse coming on with virus protection off

security essentials always comes up with virus protection off. i go to security and watch has it goes green until Comodo comes up and knocks my firewall off. i watch and when the little computers in system tray comes up comodo goes away.
dont know if essentials with virus protection has anything to do with comodo coming back to haunt me and annoy me but i am sick and tired of it. both of them especially comodo firewall pro. since i havent had for over two years and since i used jvpowertools(ht to petec) to removed from registry. yeah right it still there. showing up as disabled on all those scans i did when broni helped me to get this computer clean.
