[MS Surface Pro: cannot pin apps to the taskbar]

Scratch this - I see now that one cannot pin apps to the taskbar

This should possibly be under hardware as I don't know if this is a Win 8 question or a Surface Pro / Win 8 question - feel free to relocate it

I am really starting to enjoy Win 8 on the touch screen. As one who used the mouse as little as possible, it's a new lease on interacting with a computer.

I find though that something as logical as pinning an app to the taskbar on the Surface Pro either isn't intuitive or possible at all. Some can be pinnid to Start while others cannot be pinned at all and others can be pinned both to the Start and to the taskbar.

i.e. I want to pin the Camera app to the taskbar but have not been able to do so.

Any power users care to weigh in on the Surface Pro?
