Resolved MS Security Update CD

    How long does it take to install the updates from the CD. I started on 07-13-04 @ 3:330pm and it's still installing on 07-14-04 @ 12noon. If I stop it and remove the disk will I lose the updates already installed. It's not my computer I just repaired it reformatted and reinstalled ME on it and the person who owns the computer wants it back.

    It should not take more than 20 minutes. Any problems reading CD's?

    I restarted the Machine and the CD finished. Thanks for you reply.
