MS Security Esentials.

    On checking contents of Security Essentials, I note
    under History, that "AdwareWin32/ClickPotato.
    Quarantined "
    Can I remove this entry from Quarantined and
    permanently erase from computer HD?
    Advice will be most appreciated.

    If MSE has moved the item to Quarrantine it has effectively been isolated from your computer (ie: the computer no longer knows it is there). If you have had no adverse effects since the item was quarrantined you can safely delete it from the computer hard drive by clicking on the "Delete History" button at the bottom of the "History" screen within MSE.
