Resolved [MS Outlook not checking hotmail account when first launced]

Hi All,
After the e-mail from MS telling me to apply the patch to WLM that broke it, I decided to try out MS Outlook. It came with MS office 2013.
I have 2 E-mail accounts, 1 is with Hotmail.com, and the other is with Gmail.com
Both are working just fine, with 1 exception:
When I start outlook, the accounts should update / download new mail, but only my Gmail account will.
My Hotmail account tells me I am disconnected when I click on the inbox. I then have to click on "work offline" twice, once to go offline and then to go back online to get my mail on my Hotmail account.
Anyone know to fix this?

PS: I reinstalled WLM and it is working, however I would like outlook to work also
