If you open up Outlook and go to File/Import and Export then to Export to a file/Next/Comma Seperated Values (Windows) you should be able to save it to a Floppy or CD and then Import it back to Outlook on your new HD.

Your contacts are stored in the .pst files where the emails are.

You should be able to File->Import and point the function to the pst files on the old drive.

    The file(s) will be located: C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
