   When I try to open a MS office document I keep getting a window saying "the command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open, click ok then close open dialog box." How do you find and close the open dialog box??? Never had this prob. before.

   You receive a "The command cannot be performed because a dialog box is opened" error message when you try to open a file in Word 2007 or in Word 2003
