    I can open and change all the controls, having clicked on every visible button; however, I cannot hear anything. I have checked everything regarding my sound system and all is well. I can hear MS Anna in the control window. I have attempted to read both MS Word 2010 *.docx and Notepad *.txt. Thank you.
