MS money and Vista

I had an XP laptop and used Quicken for a few years after my wife and I got married. After a while I got a Dell Axiom with Windows mobile. I was looking at accounting software one day and found that MS money has a part that will install on your mobile device. (either palm or win-mobile) Then my laptop bit the dust and I splurged and bought a new one and it runs Vista. After transferring my software and files I found out that the version of MS money will work with vista but that since the data file had been transferred to Vista then the mobile would no longer sync with it and that made my mobile device worthless in keeping my data file up to date.
Does anyone know if Quicken 2009 has a similar data sharing between vista and win-mobile?

 

Thank you for your fast reply Steve. However I am looking for a node that will sync my handheld with my laptop not access my data online with a web enabled smartphone. Since I do not have a web enabed smart phone. Not to mention the idea that I am not thrilled about putting personal information online. I know the bank does it but I can't do anything about that either.
