MS Cam loads always

    I rarely use my ms cam. I can't seem to get the service to stop loading on boot.

    Start->Run and type msconfig

    Look in the startup tab and see if you see something there..

    it doesn't care if I remove it from the startup. It comes back. That's why I'm writing.

    Control Panel->Admin Tools->Services-> look for the service and double click. Click Stop and or set it to manual/disabled.

    I'll see if that holds up. I'm' sure it will if you say so. It's ashame that the device software can't be designed with consumers in mind.
