MS Antispyware find

    MS Antispyware keeps bringing this one find up.....

    Should I remove it? It has been on my machine sense I got it I'm sure, One more thing from HP. I am still under warranty BTW so I don't want to remove something that HP thinks they need :( just yet anyway.
