Mozy and RealOne Player

I subscribe to the RealPlayer and ABCNews on Demand service which allows me to view the RealVideos on the ABCNews website. However since I've been using Mozilla, it doesn't work anymore.

When I click on a link to a video, it takes me to the signup page. If I log in & then click on the link again, it takes me back to the signup page. It never even loads RealOne Player.

I know Mozy can work with RealOne because I tested it on another site.

Have you configured the Popup Manager to allow the ABC News site? If you are blocking popups, then this is probably your problem.

I just accessed the site with RealPlayer 8, and I configured the Popup Manager to allow the site. I was then able to play the sample video.

Let us know if this isn't the problem.

I allowed popups, logged in and then clicked on the video, but it still took me back to the signup page. It works in IE, but I don't want to use IE. It's just extra $ anywayz and I rarely used the service.
