hi, i get this error message when i visit certain sites on my mozilla firefox browser, it reads "Mozilla firefox has encountered a problem and has to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" For example, when i visit youtube.com, i never get the error message, but when i visit windowsbbs.com, i do get this message. Now, i had just erased a lot of data from my PC yesterday and i thought maybe some sort of file got deleted and now it is preventing me from visiting certain sites.

    weix11,

    First: Empty the Cache
    Tools | Options | Advanced | Network | Cache

    Also delete History

You can also try forcing the page to reload from the Web by holding down <Shift> and clicking the reload button. This is not a fix, however...

Try the workarounds suggest on the Mozilla KB page here:
    http://kb.mozillazine.org/Error_loading_some_websites#Error_loading_some_websites

Let us know if any of the above helps, or if you continue to have problems.
