Building new PC for the wife, moving from Office 2003 to Office 2010. I probably should know this, but after installing Outlook and importing her (Cox.net) e-mail account, will she be able to access all the messages that she presently can in the '03 version? Are they on 'the server' and will be read in automagically? Or do I need to transfer a PST file.

Also, you will have to save your account connection settings as these will not get imported into 2010.
And it's very wise to export the Contacts as CSV, which can be imported into 2010 in the event they don't migrate.
