    how do you move files from one hard drive to another hard drive,both in the sme computer.

    Copy and paste would work as long as they aren't program files.

    Alternatively highlight the files - hit the copy icon at the top of Windows Explorer and in the Explorer type dropdown box select the destination.

    And as Steve posted - data files not program files.
