move home button, etc.?

    Hi, is there a way to move to the middle of the browser personal toolbar, the "home" button and also the "bookmarks" button, which in Mozilla 1.1 are on the left side of the toolbar? And is there a way to move the component bar back to lower right side of window as it was in NS 4.7? Thanks.
