    Hi all,
I need some help/advice on this matter. I'm planning to add another HDD to my PC as I'm running out of space. I currently have 20GB HDD which has only 4GB left. I'm planning to get a HDD of >40GB. My question is whether my motherboard will be able to accept this new HDD. My current motherboard is a
MS-6163 ATX BX13 Mainboard from Microstar. Where do I find out whether the motherboard can handle the new HDD?

    Thanks all.

I suggest you consider purchasing a PCI Bus, IDE Controller card (ATA - 66/100/133), as your on board controller is ATA 33. This way you can run your current and subsequent drive/s through the new controller which will accomodate larger and faster drives. :)
