Monitor help

    windows XP Home Edition
    Compaq FS7600 Color Monitor, user mode H:48 4KHZ V:60 HZ keeps coming on screen and going off on and off. I updated the drivers .

    the screen that keeps coming up is small blue screen with icons around it and it says user mode.

    user mode appears and blinks in middle of screen. compaq fs7600 17 inch monitor ... How to close the small blue monitor control window.


    I don't were to look for help with Monitor

    Could be that your menu button is faulty.
