Modem On Hold

    I just signed up for Joi Internet which offers the modem on hold feature. I have an e-machine T1150 with a 56k Fax Modem v.92 ready PCI. I also have call waiting on my phone. I have tried to use this feature with the call waiting activated and not activated. I can't get this feature to work and Joi offered no help. Is there a setting I am missing? I would really appreciate any help offered.

    Have you been to their website? Sometimes you have to search around to find additional setup info and troubleshooting.These can also be more helpful than a helpdesk because they're written by the guys that set up the software.
