Missing startup software

    Hi again. When I run Ccleaner it tells me that I have missing startup software in WMP. I recently installed the newest version. Where can I get the fix for this or should I just reinstall? Is this a known problem?

    Not starting up. There has been a couple times where I turned it off and it wouldn't so I had to go to task manager to shut it down but that's it.
