missing lsl.com

    I get the following message during startup:

    C:\>C:\WINDOWS\lsl.com
    bad command or file name
    C:\rem-by windows 98 network-C:\WINDOWS\netstart
    C:\>C:\WINDOWS\ODIHLP.exe
    microsoft workgroups ODI/NDIS3 mapper version 2.0
    error: cannot find LSL
    ODI/NDIS3 mapper: initialization failure
    press any key to continue


    I have tried reloading 98, formatting the hard drive (wont allow me to do that).
    what in the world is LSL.com and how do I load it into the pc?
