Missing dll file.. Part 2

    When running Norton utilities "WinDoctor" I recieve the error message. MISSING FILE: (c\windows\system32\mapisrvr.exe)
    c:windows\system32\ "MAPISRVR.EXE" cannot access a necessary file "gapi32.dll "

    After posting something similar the first time I found the file on Office 2000 and copied it to the original location with no results. Next I reloaded office 2000 disk 1, again with no improvement. I attempted to reinstall office 200 disk 2 and it wants me to uninstall it first. Trying to uninstall I went to add/remove, selected remove and is says it's "configuring files" and never finishes.

    Let's see you tech wizards help me with this one. Thanks in advance. Mike :)

    All of this is just to run Win Doctor?
    Hmm......if Office works fine, then dump Win Doctor!
