For some reason, I can no longer see a Mozilla Firefox or Thunderbird directory when I use the Start - All Programs. These are both installed on my system and working as normal but for some rfeason the reference directory is no longer visible using the Start menu. There are directories for both on the C drive but why can I no longer see this using the Start menu?

I did have to reinstall my computer a few days back but installed both of these programs again. Anyone know of a fix for this?

On my Windows 7 system, there is no folder for Firefox in "Start - All Programs", only a link to the program.

According to Installing Firefox on Windows (quite old, I guess) the installer of previous versions created a start menu folder "Mozilla Firefox" but I can't tell when the change was made.

It's my first choice if I have a problem with FF or TB. Kenny's choice.
