missing 1 pin sata power?

I have problem, my psu that sata power too short.
I want to ext. it, from "Molex" to "sata power "

but orginal "sata power" is 5 pins, "molex" is 4 pin.

some adapt. can from "molex" 4 pins to "sata power" but also 4 pins?

that 5 pins -4pins =1 pin where? need?

The extra pins in an SATA connector are for hot swapping and other features most users don't need.
