    i try to connect server dal net but can't connect i try many times but same message and error comes up any suggestion how can i connect the mirc channel dal net the following message is showing

    It could be that your ISP is one they have identified as a spammer ISP. In that case, I'm not sure you would have any choice other than changing ISPs.

    I would send an email to the link at the bottom of that page saying you are confused and asking if they could explain exactly what is wrong.
