minor niggle with explorer.

    some times when i either create new directories or just open up explorer, the view status changes for the whole hard drive.

    for example, if a create a directory and then customise it for a photo gallery, the route directory has matched this change without being asked.

    any ideas on fixing this minor niggle?

    Windows XP or any version of windows.

    ALT + Print Screen captures the "active" window....
