    I am running IE 5.5 SP1 and W98SE. When I first open IE it opens in the minimized position. I then have to click the square between the - and X to maximize. How do I start IE in the maximized position. Thank you

    Hi 4harpers
    Try this:
    Right click on the "e" down by the start button. Choose properties.......and make sure under the RUN it has maximized chosen.
