I have typed a document in word processor. I am unable to remove it.
I have tryed to use all of the delete and like methods to no avail.
when I click on word processor this page comes up with the document.
The page is shown as untitled document. I have deleted all untitled documents
from the documents file. This beyond my ability, can you help?

It probably got saved as the "global template." That's what Word uses for the blank document you see when Word is opened.

First go to My Computer>Tools>Folder Options>View tab and make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected system files" is unchecked.

Then, with Word closed, go to Start>Search and tell it to look for normal.dot (without the quotes). Note that it's "dot," not "doc. "

Right click on what it finds, left click on Delete.

Then open Word and see if it's back to the usual blank document.

You're welcome. Thanks for posting back with the fix.

I guess you were referring to Wordpad or maybe Notepad? If that's the case, note that when you refer to "Microsoft Word processor," most people are going to assume you're referring to MS Word.
