MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ Runtime Library

This warning comes up when I am in Microsoft Word and will not allow me to finish my document.

Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINWORD.EXE

This is the full name of the file that pops up and then it just aborts and will not allow me to finish the document.

How can I fix this?

Thanks for the suggestion.

But after executing the msconfig.exe, and after going thru the selective start-up and then to the start-up tab, there was no MoSearch to leave checked. there was only microsoft office.

I've gone to add/rem programs, but I can't determine which one I would need to delete either.
