microsoft stationary

    I'm using 6.0 in XP - whenever I get an email that uses Microsoft Stationary from Outlook Express, it freezes my email - I can't delete the message and go to the next one, instead I have to exist Netscape and and start over. When I load Netscape again, I can delete the stationary message if I press delete before the message loads all the way. Is this a common problem, or could it have something to do with something other than my using Netscape, and any ideas how to fix it? Thanks!

    Hi Shelli,

    I had that happen frequently when using 6.2.3. I found that by deleting the Inbox.msf file in the Mail Account Folder helped reduce the freezes. I have not had this problem in 7.01.
