    platform XP

    I am currently using GATOR to remember my passwords for many of my accounts, but, their pop up junk is bothering me. I noticed that sometimes when I go to special site, I have a message that comes up and asks me do I want windows to remember my password. Is this part of XP? If yes how do I activate it regualerly? mur13@bellsouth.net

    This is a part of IE.

    Tools -> Internet Options
    Content
    AutoComplete
    Have a tick in: Prompt me to save passwords

    Cheers

    There are a lot of programs out there that allow you to store your log-in and password information without the intrusiveness of Gator. The folloiwing link is a list of password programs available for download from ZDNet;

    Roboform is free and, unlike Gator, without spyware.
