microsoft picture it photo premium 9

    Normally when I click on "My pictures" I could open by default in my program "microsoft picture it photo premium 9 ". After I ran a registery optimizer I noticed when I open a picture the default viewer is "WIndows Picture and fax viewer "
    Have not been able to figure out how to get the original viewer - microsoft picture photo premium back. They will open with it if I right click on a picture and select open with "picture it 9 ".
    Any ideas ?
    Microsoft help does not list this program for some reason.

    Right click on a Pic and select Open With - Choose the app you want and place a check mark in the "always use" box.

    ps...You've seen one of the many reasons Not to use a reg cleaner on XP or Vista;)
