Microsoft Outlook Express error "cannot find server"

    How are you guys ,
    I 've been trying to open Outlook express
    on my machine and it seems as though the program was not properly installed
    the machine says cannot find server I dont know why but when I try to open Internet it works just fine , How can I fix this problem?YThe other thing is the machine says, Microsoft failed to open the last time , do you want to open in SAFE MODE , and if i try to open in safe mode then the message Microsoft Server Is Unavailable , how can the server be unavailable if I can connect to internet and we have one server for E-mails and Internet?:confused: :confused: :confused:

    OE cannot find or access your Mail server at your ISP, that is independent of your connection to the Internet where you can access the servers providing the various sites that you view.

    In OE go Tools > Accounts - highlight account > Properties > Servers and check that the correct server addresses are entered.

    If this is a sudden problem your ISP mail server may be down.

    Might also need to change your server Port to 587.
