I have just installed and configured Microsoft outlook 2003, I can send emails but I am not receiving any. ISP details are all correct, any ideas? Thanks

Have you followed your ISP Mail Setup Guide, on their support page?
Some have a little program that can be downloaded, or even a Setup CD to run.

Generally the concern seems to be Incoming Mail Pop3 Server, you may need to re-confirm that is correctly stated as per your ISP
Plus also confirm that Port 110 is being used (this in the Outlook account settings as well) Some ISPs use another port number, but I'd try 110 first.
