In Outlook 2007, my user is getting "Microsoft Office Outlook is offline" and when the Outlook pgm is open at the bottom right of the screen it says "Offline ".
I've checked the settings on the Outlook profile and its set to my other systems also if he tries to send an email, the email goes into his outbook and the only way to send it is if he clicks the "Send/Receive" button on the toolbar and it goes.

    thoughts.
    Thanks,
    Bill

Did you "toggle" File > Work Offline? It should not have a check mark in front of it.
