Microsoft . NET Framework 3.0

    how can i fix it when it says that microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 won't install?

    Hi jldb. What was the error message you received when you tried to install .Net Framework 3? First, I would install the latest version of Windows Installer. The newest version is 4.5. You can download it from here. Second, I would try installing .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 and see if it installs successfully. Download it from here.

    Also make sure that you shut down all background programs that are running in the system tray before starting the installation.
