Suddenly , I am getting a message from Microsoft (R) describing what I am printing. This is a huge waste of time, ink, and paper, and I don't want this feature. How Can I get rid of this nuisance?

Also, Microsoft will not recognize that I deleted a damaged printer from settings. How can I get it to drop the old printer?

Also, when I log Windows threatens me with closing down because I am doing something illegal, which I assume has something to do with the printer situation, but would like stopped!

I'm pretty sure Microsoft doesn't track what you're printing so that feature must be built into the software you installed with what is, I assume, a fairly new printer. Disabling it will entail going into the printer's software and poking around to see what can be turned off.

I don't know what you mean, exactly, by "deleted a damaged printer from the settings" but to uninstall a printer, go into the Control Panel, open the Printers folder, select the old printer, right click on it and left click on "Delete" or "Remove "...whichever it says. You'll get a warning message about being about to remove the printer, tell it yes and that should do it.
