Microsoft Internet Exployer not responding

    I sent an error report and had several options, checked updates and all were successful except Framework 2.0 and I when I click on it, it will not open. This is happening often.
    Help me:confused:

    One more time please.
    It almost looks like several different issues rolled into one thought.

    Is Internet Explorer not responding?
    Are you getting error message? If so, what do they say?
    Are you having troubles getting the framwork update or issues with it after you get the update?

    Have you rebooted you pc before of after all of this happened?

    Microsoft IE not responding

    I get an error message going to web sites, not all of the time, that IE is not responding and if I cancel the box keeps popping back up, if I end task, that keeps popping up over and over at the bottom of the screen, then I just manually shut down.

    Then I got an error report that said I needed to download new drivers for framework 2.0, it downloaded but never installed. My system is set to automatically download updates. Checked download history and framework failed and when clicking on it nothing happens.

    I have rebotted.
