Hp Envy Pavillion, Hp7645 3 in 1 printer, Windows 10: When a print is to be
done in Microsoft Edge, a screen appears showing it is connecting to the
printer but it never connects. HP support says it is a problem with Microsoft
and Microsoft support says it is a problem with the printer. I don't know if
it is one or the other; or, I am doing something wrong. I can print when I
use internet explorer, word perfect, etc, but not Microsoft edge.

Stick with Internet Explorer for the time being. MS doesn't have all the bugs worked out of Edge yet.

If look above your first post you will see the heading Thread Tools click on it then scroll down and click on the bottom option on the list. That will add the prefix Resolved to the title of the thread. If at any time you feel you wish to reopen this thread follow the same procedure as described above and click on the same option and that will remove the prefix from the title thereby reopening the thread..
