Micro AV VIRUS

i recently D/L a file on Frostwire and it seemed normal then my computer froze. I started back up and everything was diffrent background was linked to a dead site tabs were gone task manger gone programs gone C and Disk Drives gone (i can get to c and d drive by placing in address e.g. C:\ etc i can open programs by going thru the documents. i need help as i am studding for my school certificate thanks
