Messenger 4.7 starts it's self

    When I start OE Messenger (V4.7) starts up too (sometimes??) When I notice it running I cannot closed it till I close OE. How can I stop this? Can I uninstall this? I have XP home with SP2 loaded and keep my OS up to date with updates.

    I simply rename the the Messenger folder to MessengerX to keep it from popping up.
