Message Notification

Is there any way, using Outlook Express, to learn if a message has been received by the intended recipient? For example can I somehow set a flag on a message I send so that I can look later to see if the message has been opened by the intended recipient? Thanks for your help, Marion McCaleb

You can send one wiith 'Return Receipt Requested' but the receiver of the email does not have to acknowledge the receipt. They can still open the email and read it without you being notified.
