Message no longer exists in sending email

    Hello everyone--Today I'm receiving a dialog box when I'm trying to send a email. I have the XP SP-3 with IE7 Windows. I wonder why this comes up when I just finished typing the email message.
    What can I do to correct these messages preventing me to sent the email.
    As always thank you for your assisstance.

    Message no longer exist

    Hello again--I'm sorry Steve the dialog box that comes up when I try to send the email says "Message no longer exist the message was not sent ".
    My question what can I do to avoid this from happening. This isn't the first time this has happened. Windows IE7 XP program.
