Hey all, I occasionally get the fatal windows blue screen now and then, as I'm sure alot of you do. But this message is to the same effect. I will once and a while get an error message, something like memory priority error, I'm assuming it is my video card. Not quite sure though. If anyone has an idea, lend a hand.

Also, there is no control alt delete option on this blue screen, I have to hold my power button for 5 seconds in order for the PC to reboot.

Look in Event Viewer for more info re the blue screen and post the message here. Should be flagged with a red disk with a white x.

Double click on a message to open and on the icon below the up/down arrows to copy to clipboard and then paste into a post here.

I do believe this is it. Not 100% sure.

Hanging application Map Editor.exe, version 0.7.0.0, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I can't look for it by date, as my windows clock does not work correctly.

    It could also be this:

The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal processing. HRESULT was C0000005 from line 44 of d:\qxp_slp\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services to report this error.

Both of these appear the most frequently in the event veiwer.

It happens more often when playing a game yes, such as diablo or quake, only has happened once while playing WOW. Sometimes happens for no apparent reason, if the computer is just idling for a few hours, I come back to it and I have the error message. Once again, I would think it's just the video card from this machine, I hope it isn't as it was 400 doll hairs for it :|
