Last week I noticed a yellow triangle on Defender's icon. I opened Defender and went to Device Security. and the warning read " Memory Integrity is off. Your device may be vulnerable." I tried to switch it on but it stayed off and greyed out. I Googled and found several pages dealing with the problem but everything I tried was to no avail. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.

    Windows 11 Home 22H2 64 bit build 22621.1702

This is the site I used. https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-11-memory-integrity-disabled/

I tried the recommended fixes but none of then worked. I did notice there was no scan/scan again button on the Memory Integrity page.

I also used the sfc / scannow with Terminal (Admin).

I forgot to mention I reinstall windows full. Everything was good for a couple of days then the caution returned. I did'nt do anything that I know of to cause this return.

I removed your logs because this is definitely not malware related. I have an older computer with Windows 11 and I have very same problem. This is most likely related to some older, not upgradable driver. I just set Windows to ignore this issue.
Said that I'm moving this topic to Windows forum.

I got the memory integrity on but I lost the vulnerable driver block list by doing so. I finally got the block list back but lost the memory integrity. Its a trade off. Which would be best to have?

Me trying to think again but since the problem lies with Windows Defender, can Defender be uninstalled/reinstalled? I couldn't find a way to do so. I thought it may be worth a try.
