Whenever someone sends a meeting invitation through their outlook calendar to UserX on our network, UserY, UserZ and UserH all get the invitation, too.

We looked at active directory, under the Exchange General tab, and the Delivery Options button, there is nothing under "send on behalf of" box for UserX, which we were told might be the cause.

I have also tested it from other users. I sent a test meeting to UserX and Y, Z, and H all report back they got my invitation as well.

Where are we not looking for this? Anyone seen this problem crop up before?

Is User X a big shot/brass hat kind of person that might have several secretaries checking his stuff?

    No, he does not.

But through dumb luck, one of the people who got the meeting invite I sent as a test hit "reply to all," and the meeting are being sent to UserX and a distribution list, not individual users at random.

Does that help? I'm going to look at the properties of the distribution list, and see if something else is being picked up there.

It was not active directory. He had delegates set to receive copies of e-mailed meeting notices to that distribution group.
