I subscribed to CSTV Clemson sports broadcasts. When I try to access a broadcasts, Media Player appears on the screen, and I get the message: Media Player can't find the file. I spent over an hour total w/technical reps of CSTV twice, but could not locate the problem. I have also spent untold time trying to find it myself. Although I had the latest version of Media Player, I downloaded it again. Made no difference. I do not have any other problems with Media Player or any other media player.

    Can someone help?

It could maybe a Flash issue?
Is your screen Resolution set to 1024X768 or greater?

    1. There is no mention of the file that can't be found. I assume it is the file I am trying to access which is the CSTV file of the particular broadcast which is somewhere on the Internet.

    2. I don't think that this is a flash issue. I downloaded Flash Player right after I subscribed to the service.

    3. My screen resolution is 1024X768.

I am trying to access audio. Initially I was trying to access video. I have not been successful with either. I get the same message for both: Media Player cannot find the file.
